This program is pending approval.

The Accelerated BSN Concentration is a 3-semester program for academically qualified and highly motivated individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher in another field who wish to earn a BSN degree. The College of Nursing developed the Accelerated BSN concentration as an Academic Practice Partnership that uses the Student Nurse Apprentice program approved by the Alabama Board of Nursing, giving students one-on-one mentoring by a practicing nurse for one year.

Interested students are strongly encouraged to meet with or contact a UAH College of Nursing advisor when applying to the program.

Please visit the Accelerated BSN Program webpage for additional information.
