The Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Studies is a specialized program that is designed to prepare students for a range of career opportunities within the cybersecurity field. UAH is certified as a national Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance/Cyber Defense Education. The certificate program includes 18 semester hours of classes and covers topics including cryptography, data and information security, network defense, and digital forensics. A subset of these courses may be used to satisfy elective requirements within the MS-Cybersecurity, Management track or MS-Information Systems programs.
