Official transcripts are issued and sent by the Office of Student Records to recognized institutions and agencies which require such documents. Transcripts are issued upon the written request (on a form available in the Office of Student Records) of the student involved and payment of a transcript fee. Faxed transcripts are available for a fee, but are not considered official documents. Transcripts may be issued to individual students. No transcript will be issued for a person who has a financial obligation to the University.
